We build across Central Florida where we know every jurisdiction’s permitting process, sub-contractor base, and inspection timelines. If your buy box covers any of these counties, we can build for you.
★ What We Need From You
To keep our directory clean and our clients protected, here’s what we ask all approved trade partners to provide during onboarding.
General liability ($1M+) and workers comp are baseline. Depending on your trade, we may also require commercial auto, umbrella, or specialty coverage. We’ll walk you through exact requirements during onboarding — no need to figure it out on this form.
Florida contractor license for trades that require one (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, structural). Active and in good standing with DBPR. We verify before activation.
Names + phone numbers of 2–3 general contractors or builders you’ve worked with in the last 12 months. We’ll make brief calls to verify quality, communication, and reliability.
