A Second Home in Your Backyard — for Family, or for Income
A permitted, built ADU on your property. Use it for aging parents, adult kids, a home office — or rent it out. Pre-designed plans from $48,000. We handle the permits and the build.
Pre-designed, pre-priced ADUs
Four owned designs, each configurable for your lot. Available anywhere we build in Orange & Seminole County.
Our starting prices include construction, permitting coordination, engineering, grading, and site cleanup for a standard lot. Government impact fees are set by your city or county and confirmed during your free buildability review. Your final price also depends on site-specific conditions — access, drainage, utility connections, and landscaping.
A real home next door, without the move
Not every ADU is a rental. Many of the ADUs we build are for parents who want to stay close but stay independent. For adult kids who need their first real space. For caregivers who need a real living room — not a guest bedroom.

An ADU can add usable space and value to your property. Financing options may be available — ask us when you book your consultation.
From plan to move-in, four steps
