Turnkey Residential Structure Demolition in Lake County, FL
From a tired structure to a clean, graded pad, with the utility letters and permit handled. We handle the Lake County side, from Clermont to Minneola, with the Lake County Building Services and the city offices where the parcel sits inside city limits.
What matters for this in Lake County
On unsewered Lake County lots, the septic tank is abandoned as part of the demolition, and the well is either kept or properly plugged.
Lake County sits on karst: limestone under sandy soil, with sinkhole history in places, which matters for foundations and stormwater. The Green Swamp Area of Critical State Concern covers the south of the county, and the Wekiva area reaches into the east. Outside the cities most lots depend on well and septic, so soils decide what can be built.

- Fees are earned as each filing, audit or field visit is completed and are not refundable. The credit is applied against the final construction draw or the pre-construction contract balance, never paid out in cash.
- Credits stay valid for 12 months from delivery of the completed work or permit closeout.
The credit covers Brightview's fees. Surveyor, engineer, attorney and government fees are paid directly to those providers and are not part of the credit.
